How to gain weight without having a fat tummy?!


Question: How to gain weight without having a fat tummy!?
I'm 5!.5 ft!., I weigh 115 lbs!. and I think I should gain some weight!. The problem is whenever I try to eat more I start gaining weight in my tummy so I just drop the whole idea of gaining some weight!. I tried working out in the gym but I'm not that much of a patient person and I lose my determination quickly!. How can I gain weight in my arms and legs without having to deal with a fat tummy!? And how much weight do you think I need!? I don't want to look chubby I still want to be fit!. I forgot to mention that I'm 19 and I've been skinny my whole life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your naturally slim don't worry too much as long as your not starving yourself you should be at a healthy weight!. If gaining a little weight would make you feel more comfortable then go ahead, unfortunately being female it will go to your stomach, hips and things first!. The only way to prevent this really is by building the weight as muscle rather then fat which takes a lot of work and determination!. There's no easy answer sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just eat lean (meats, vegetables, V8 is great) and make sure you get a ton of protein!. lay off sugars and salty snacks and pop or else you'll get very fat very fast!. you'll see results in about 3 weeks if you're skinny already because there's not a large layer of fat blocking the visible muscle growth!.
