Juice and water technically is no fasting!. Recommended for one or two days, no more!. No vitamins supplement needed!. Avoid sugar!.
Follow with an all-fruit day!. Raw-fruit breakfast, just fruit mid-morning snack, fruit salad plate lunch, only fruit afternoon snack and large vegetable dinner!.
You'll gift yourself a wonderful cleansing vacation!.

fasting is dangerous and doesn't work!. All your doing is starving yourself and your body doesn't lose weight like that!. In fact it will work harder to keep the pounds on with just the liquid!. Use your head and get on a sensible food intake with limited exercise!. See your doctor right away for one that will work for you!. Fasting is the WRONG way to go!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why are you fasting!? If the doctor didn't order it, don't do it!. You should never skip meals!. Ever!. It's unhealthy and self destructive!.
