How to keep back straight when doing squats?!

Question: How to keep back straight when doing squats!?
When I do squats (weightlifting) I have a tendency to lean forward!. I have long legs compared to the rest of my body so it makes it difficult to not lean forward!.

The trick is to look straight ahead!. If you are staring at a fixed point in front of you then you are straight!. If you find your gaze going down the wall then you are starting to bend over and need to readjust!.
I highly suggest you fix this tendency to bend over before you hurt yourself!. Then you'll be in for a life time of pain!.
Bodybuilding isn't just doing the work!.!.!.it's about doing the work CORRECTLY!. Doing it correctly gives your body much more tone and bulk and als prevents injury!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when you are in the squat position, its said that you should be able to wiggle your toes, that all your weight should be on your heels, thats how you know your back is straight!. also make sure your knees arent in front of your toes, that they are behind!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can do them with just the bar without weights to get the right form before you actually do it, go slow and focus on form, have someone watch you and stop you if you mess up, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
