Should the repetition number of every set we perform for one exercise should be same or should it be different !?
And should each set be done with same weight or with every set the weight has to be increased and repetition decreased!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

In general heavier weights usually don't allow for many reps!. Intensity is the goal here!. Better for the major muscle groups!.

Adding some weight before every next set is an advanced technique called "pyramid" The idea is overtaxing muscles!. Useful when working overdeveloped muscles!.
