TOTAL= 840
Lunch: Meat, Rice, Noodles, Bread
Estimated TOTAL= 1600
Dinner: Sushi, 2 boxes of whoopers (720), Sour Patch (200)
Estimated TOTAL= 2000
FULL DAY= 4400 Calories

~Afraid of falling GPA
~Failed Drivers Exam

snacks consist of light meals also high in protein!.
Protein over fats works!.

I think it would help you if you consulted a medical doctor and a dietician!. You will eat less junk food if you eat a balanced meal!. Weight Watchers also has an excellent program that addresses all areas needed for healthy weight management: nutrition, exercise, and habits ---such as emotional eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should try Acompliex its a great anti suppressant and works pretty well!. !.!. Thats alot of food but we all have issues we have to work through them!.
