Morning 2 weetbix and milk
3 hours later 1 ham sandwich
3 hours later 1 ham sandwich
3 hours later cheese sandwich with lettuce tomato and yoghurt!.
3 hours later a glass of milk
Plz be aware i dont really care about nutrition or anything but if i keep doing crunches and eating the same thing for a long time will i get a sixpack!?

you need to do a lot more research about the exercises needed to develop your abdominals; simply doing "crunches" will not suffice!. the first answer is accurate in that diet alone will not get you the physique that you want, but a good diet is about half of what you need to mold yourself!.
what sort of build are you now!? what sort of diet do you normally consume!? what sort of daily routine do you have!? how about your sleep schedule!? as you can see, there are many variables to "a sixpack"Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. Too much fat and carbs!. Eat 5 meals throughout the day to fuel your metabolism!. Lean meats for protein, whole grain bread (if bread at all), no cheese!. Lots of fruits and veggies!. More protein, less fat and lots of crunches for ALL lower and upper abs and obliques!.!.!.THEN you'll see a 6 pack!. Drink lots of water too!. Nutrition is the key even though you don't care about it!. Lean muscle is what you see with defined abs!. Poor diet and no sit ups leads to a kegger belly :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not a balanced diet AT ALL!.!.!.!. you're not going to get a 6 pack because of your diet, you have to work out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
