Is this diet followed by me .... ok?!


Question: Is this diet followed by me !.!.!.!. ok!?
my presnt routine is as under:
usually i skip my breakfast!.!.!.coz i get up @ 2pm in the afternoon!.!.so!.!.!.
i take 2slices of brown bread wid an egg or sumtymz mayonese wid a glass of low fat milk!.!.
thn in the evening i go 4 a walk for about half an hour!.!.
in nyt i take half chapati(roti) or sumtymz again 2slices of bwrn bread!.!.with sum vegetable,meat,or lentils!.!.wateva is cooked at home!.!.

i really need to lose some weight!.!.iss this diet ok!?!?if nt sugest me one plz!.!.!.
