Question: Working out and losing weight!.!.!.!?
i can't seem to get myself motivated to start working out!.
i am 21 years old, i weigh 132 lbs!., and i'm 4'11"!.
i know i'm overweight and all i wanna do is drop down to a healthy weight!.
i used to dance a lot, but i don't have time to take any dance classes anymore!.

Try joining an online community like Sparkpeople!.com, where you can keep a food and exercise journal and basically be accountable to yourself and your goals!. It's free, and you can get support from other people who are looking to lose weight!.

Im the same way and I will go to they gym for 2 weeks and get really dedicated and get so discouraged when i dont see results!.
What my trainer tells me and I have to tell myself all the time is that I didnt put this weight on overnight and I will have to work it off over more than 1 night!. Think of an evern you want to look really amazing for or an outfit you want but buy it in a smaller size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthy and do moderate (4-5 days/week) of working out activities involving cardio for 30min each session at least!. The answer is simple and logical!. I have always been fit, just by following the basics!. There is no magicial diet!.!.just stick with your gut on whats good or bad when eating!. Hope that helps :P

For a fast easy workout schedule go to http://www!.firsttimelifter!.com This is the workout I used in high school when I was wrestling!. This will help you get into shape if you stick with it!. It works almost every muscle in your body!. O and after you have all the information you need take a look at the ads or youtube videos cause a mans gotta eat! lol Good luck Www@Answer-Health@Com

What I have done is changed what I eat first!. So now I have lost 9 lbs I feel better and it makes me want to achieve more and start exercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
