Question: Should females eat 1800 calories if they are not on a diet!?
i use a stepper in the morning for 45 mins a day about and could it be okay to actually eat 1800 if not losing weight but maintaining my weight since i do work out and just want to stick to my same norm weight without losing or gainning i'm very high metabolism i'm 21 and 5'7 in heightWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sure, that's fine! To determine the ideal number of calories, the following is a rule of thumb!. It doesn't take into account your body type, age, fitness level, lean muscle mass, etc!.
If you're sedentary, multiply your weight by 14
If you're moderately active, multiply your weight by 17
If you're very active, multiply your weight by 20
