yeah, kinda, you can walk or run but try to push forward with your abs, im so for real it works!. at least for me it does, and i go running everyday!. if it don't for you!. try to do half sit-ups!. they actually work better to strengthen you abs then a whole sit up!. as for your thighs and ***!. i don't know!. i got one of those big ball things from wal mart!. it has this big sheet of different types of exercises in it!. just try to what ever you do!. to stay active!.!.!.!.!.!.!.oh and stretches a lot!. before and after you exercise!. that really helps too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
