Reading food labels...?!
Question: Reading food labels!.!.!.!?
hi guys,
I don't know how to read food labels, I usually look at calories, protien, fiber and that's about it!.!.!.I want to know if the meals i'm eating are healthy!. What sugar, etc is good for meals!.!.!.
Do you think 12g -18g of protien , 6g of fat, 24g of sugar is good for a meal!?

You should be looking at the whole label!.
I am not sure what that is that you are eating, but it for sure has way too much sugar!.
The fat is not that bad, but is it the heart healthy kind!?
Protein is always good!.
Be sure to keep an eye on calories, Saturated Fats and Trans fats too much of those are NO GOOD!.
Also, watch for fiber!. Fiber will help you!.!.!.!.well, GO!. Heh!.

Way too much sugar in my opinion!!
It is also important to look at the type of fat the item contains!.
Stay away from Trans fat and lower Saturated fat intake!. They are both considered unhealthy fats!Www@Answer-Health@Com
