Can you get sick from stopping exercise?!
Question: Can you get sick from stopping exercise!?
I work out an hour six days a week, running and weightlifting every session at a very high intensity level - I've been doing this for a long time now!. This is strange, but it seems like if I ever miss more than two days in a row I get sick!. Usually a runny nose and sleeplessness that lasts about five days!. Is it possible that I could be getting sick from not exercising!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
