How to lose 1/2 inch of fat on both of my inner thighs?!


Question: How to lose 1/2 inch of fat on both of my inner thighs!?
i am going to be cheering in a halftime show on jan 1st there will be a pool party for the cast members and i want my thighs to be firm i have a little fat on both of them and for me to look my best in the swim suit i have i need to have hot thighs Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Run, walk, swim, do lunges and squats, and do those goodies that work on the adductors--the muscles that draw the thighs together--and the abductors--which pull the thighs apart!. You can't work just the one, and working them both will make for a balanced look!. One of the best ways to work those particular muscle pairs is to lean against a wall or whatever, so long as it won't move, weight comfortably and squarely situated on the buttocks, tuck in your navel and lift your legs with the knees slightly bent, about six inches from the ground, then move slowly apart, then slowly together!. Repeat until it becomes painful, and do every other day!.
Donkey kicks also work, or that oldie where you lie on one side, tense your buttocks, and slowly raise and lower each leg--you alternate--holding at the top and just before the thighs touch, for a count of four!. Mostly, though, you want also to exercise the quads and hamstrings as well, to promote a smooth and sculpted appearance!.
