Question: Building muscle possible when!.!.!? (Question for health and fitness experts)!?
I am a 16 year old male with a small frame; 5' 9" and 115 lbs!. I run 5-6 kilometers in cross-country 4 times a week!. I have practice Monday through Thursday and not on Friday!.

My question is: despite doing so much cardio, is going to my school gym on Fridays and doing a full body work out that will leave me sore for the weekends enough to build visible muscle!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could build some muscle, but not a lot!. Remember that cardio is counter productive to weight lifting!. You will also have to up your calories pretty high with all that exercise your doing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably need a combine cardio programme
and manage your diet
and maybe relaxation
