I really need to lose weight, but im finding it impossible.?!


Question: I really need to lose weight, but im finding it impossible!.!?
I want nothing more at the minute than to lose weight, i've never ever been this weight at all through life, but i got with my boyfriend 2 and a half years ago and after about 6months of being with him i started staying in a eating junk and watching DVDs with him and through that i had put on weight, then i had my first child 8 months ago, and im now in size 16 clothes and i feel so embarrassed and ashamed of my weight!.
I really can not stop eating this junk i've tried everything, im mainly bad for Chocolate and Pepsi!.
I really don't know what i can do i've tried everything!.
Do i go see a doctor and hope they can help me!? I really don't know but all i no is i can't keep doing this to myself, i am putting myself through hell, im so unhappy looking like this its just not right anymore!.
Its just so hard to get used to, as when i was a great size before meeting my boyfriend, and i had had loads of boyfriends etc!.

This can't keep happening, and i really can't just stop as much as i want to more than anything, my mind manages to twist my mind into thinking 'noo this one last day will be fine' then its another andddd another!.

Ah the best thing is to avoid junk food, things like fast food, mcdonalds and all that have things in their food to make it addictive (or so i heard) But i gave up mcdonalds about 8 months ago, and i used to not be able to walk past it without going in and grabbing something but now i just think of all the grease and ergh, i can't stand it! lol!.
But the best thing to do is not cut yourself off cold turkey, just slowly cut down at first else rou body will crave it and then you will over indulg, if you have it everyday go down from 7 days to 5, one week, then 5 to 3 and so on until you can cpe with out!. I heard chocolate scented candles are meant to shift the chocolate cravings too but i havn't tried that out!.

Also to keep you motivated you could try joining a group, my friend goes to slimming world and she has lost loads of weight and she finds the diet easy to stick to!.

i am in a 16 and have never in my life been over a 12 usually stayed around 9-10!.!.!. it suxs i know, i do know that whhen i am walking with my 3 year old 3 times a week around the block at one point i lost about 15 lbs, but it is hard to exercise, when you don't have much time to do it and the time is fixing to change so it will be getting dark by the time i get home!.!.!.!. idk but i feel your painWww@Answer-Health@Com

1st step lock your fridge and dont buy any food like crisps and chocolate i know my friend has gained 100 pounds since meeting her boyfriend honey the party is in the chinese shop its called herbal tea and once you try it you wont fit in your jeans you will be size 8 dont buy bread what ever you do white bread its a death trap for weight losers eat SMALL meals when i say small kids meal size and eat more often as in 5 times a day no snacks and get a job or a hobby that you have to walk to Www@Answer-Health@Com
