they reccomend an hour of exercise a day but as long as ur calory intake is balanced and you hav no serious health problems that should be fine, but i would recommend you do sum light cardio along side ur 30min of exercise it can only helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

30 mins of moderate exercise per day is sufficient, if you feel like you want to exercise more then go for it, but you will need to make sure you increase your calorie intake!.

The exercise what you need to do mainly depends on your calorie intake daily!. If they are not carefully balanced it may result in serious health problem

whatever your resting heart rate is, double that and you need to work out 20 minutes at that rate!. So if you do 15 mins of warm up, 20 mins at double, and then a cool down!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
