How do push ups build muscle? ?!
Question: How do push ups build muscle!? !?

Answers:
When you stretch a muscle, the muscle fibres inside develop tiny tears!. After you perform the exercise, with appropriate amounts of amino acids from protiens that are broken down by carbohydrates repair the small tears in muscle tissue and build it up bigger so they can cope with the same amount of force next time you exercise!.
Hypertrophy means to increase in size, the hyper refers to getting bigger and trophy refers to the size!. Atrophy is the opposite and means to get smaller!. So yes in a way this is hypertrophy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
