Workout question.............?!
Question: Workout question!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
I just learned about high intensity interval training and I am thinking of giving this a try!. I am not sure how this workout works but can someone give me a few tips!? I am a beginner so should I work out 4 times a week or should I work out 3 times and work out every other day!?

If you mean breaking up your routine with very faced paced running then yeah, you would really benefit!. Its a great way to build twice as many types of muscles up and to get your body used to the changing tempos!. I would start out with just 3x a week just to give your muscles some healing time!.
Eat high protein/fiber foods for added fuel for your body too, and drink a lot of water to keep your muscles hydrated and free from lactic acid!.
