I need a muscle work out routine, can you help me?!


Question: I need a muscle work out routine, can you help me!?
I usually go to classes so I don't make up a routine for myself!. I only need an upper body workout as I do other things for my lower body!. I will be going to the gym so what machines should I use & how many reps and what not also!. I mainly would like to focus on my triceps & and stomach, but wouldn't mind other things either :-) thanks

Well, I am not totally sure why you are just targeting certain muscles, but if you want someone else's advice, this is what I would say:

Do all the varieties of push ups (( wide, regular, and Diamond))
Do allot of pull ups----also using different approaches!.!.!.!.!.!.wide & narrow ,and regular grip!.

Put your feet up on a bench, have your arms on another bench behind you, extend all the way down---making a 90 degree angle with your arms, and go back up!.!.!.!.!.!.repeat this as many times as you can!. This is an AWESOME Triceps work out!. Using the Row machine works out the triceps, however its primary purpose is your Lattisimus Dorsi!.

I would HIGHLY suggest developing your ENTIRE upper body!. Doing only a couple muscle groups will make your upper body look totally out of proportion!. I'll take your word for it that you are actually doing your lower body workout, but make sure everything stays in proportion!.
