Question: Please help I need to lose weight!!!?

I know i am overweight and i've been battling it for years!.
I don't know what to do!.

I don't want to try pills or anything along those lines!.
I want to be healthy and fit!.

Obviously exersize and eating good foods are good, but what can i do to lose it fast!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I spent most of my childhood and teenage years being overweight!. Tried many diets!.

What I learned from them all!?

The only way to lose unwanted fat and look good and healthy is to live healthy!.

There's no magic, just logic!.

You have to try and get your mind around!. You are what you eat and how you live!. It's not about "going on a diet" for six months!.

It's about changing your life style for !.!.!.!. yes, life!

"treat" should be a treat!. If you eat it everyday, it's not a treat!.

exercise regularly to stay fit and healthy!. If you want to sustain a weight, only a few days a week is fine but if you want to lose weight, then you need to put an effort in!. Exercise as close to everyday as you can!.

Fastest way is to do it the right way!. I wish I knew this when I was in early twenties, so I can look and feel good sooner!.

Just be healthy!.

the thing that is working for me is eating within the 1/2 hr of when I get up it gets the metabolism going!. Try eating 6 small meals a day this keeps your metabolism going!. Drink ALOT of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will keep it off if you eat healthy, watch your portion control and get exercise every day!. Do it the right way and the weight will come off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I heard that if you weigh yourself and make a graph, and check how much you gained or lost everyday it helps!.
