Question: Is this good/enough exersize!?
ok so i do 200-300 crunches, arm exersizes, leg lifts, butt exersizes(pilates), some upper leg exersizes, calf exersizes, i go on a 20-40 min!. walk, and i do the gazell for 10 min!. if im doing this 5-6 days a week when should i see some progress!?!? any tips on getting in shape!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. Sounds like you are doing enough to tone your muscles!. Don't forget cardio is very important!. I don't believe the Gazelle is good enough!. Get to 75-80% max heart rate for 20 minutes at least, for a good cardio work out!. This is help burn fat!. Also watch your diet!.
