Would you consider this healthy or not?!


Question: Would you consider this healthy or not!?
Morning 9am - One serving of oatibix with semi-skimmed milk [250 calories]
Lunch 1:30pm - Light ham sandwich in brown bread with orange squash [300 calories]
Dinner 6:00pm - [Went Indian today] 2 Chappatis with this spinach thing and low fat yoghurt [probably around 650 calories]
Dessert 7:30pm - Fruit salad made up of 10 diff fruits atleast [300 calories]

And I also drank about 2 litres of water!.
I also cycled 10 miles for 30 minutes, and burnt off 250 calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats good if you're trying to lose weight but a little low in calories if your not trying to lose some weight but it looks very healthy

Sounds like a perfectly good, healthy diet to me!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. I have lost just about 45 lbs (20!.4kg) in the last 14 months and still need to loose 30lbs (13!.6kg)!.

My daughter-in-law runs our local Slimming World club and I joined her group (much to my embarrassment as I was one of only three or four fellas in the group) but I've stuck with it and have found it very good!. You don't have to count calories or units etc!., and you can eat pretty much what you like!.

Still if you are just looking to be healthy and not to loose weight then what you are eating and exercising is great!. You must be very fit!.
