Question: Can I lose some weight in about 21 days !?! [PLEASE READ UNDER]!?
Okay, so im goin' home to see my mom after awhile!. I miss her so much!
I havent seen her in awhile and I've gained like 15-20 pounds since I been here!. I want to lose as much as I can!. I cannot buy any expensive diet stuff so can you guys help me figure out a easy weigh to diet right at home!?
I'd really appreciate any help I can get!.

Easy way to diet - no food that you don't make yourself, only fruits and nuts for snacks, two cups of salad before every lunch and dinner, with no more than one tablespoon of salad dressing, no soda pop, no butter or margarine added to your breads, no white bread, white rice, or potatoes, and no trans fats!.

For the next 21 days

do cardio for 30 mins upon rising

and do weight training on every alternate day evenings!.


And dont starve by those crash diets!.

Just control your carbs, and restrice your calories no more than 15% of your normal intake!.

avoid junk food completely!.

And for the last 7 days before visiting your mom - add cardio on non weight training days too for 20 mins!.

This extra work and decent diet should make you lose about 5 lbs -9 lbs in this three weeks time
