Answers:
By "healthy", what is meant are foods which are low in saturated fat, high in fiber and dense in nutrients!. These foods include vegetables (high in nutrients such as vitamins and high in fiber, which helps weight loss), lean meats (high in protein and low in saturated fat), fish (high in omega-3 fatty acids, low in saturated fat) and whole grains (low in fat, high in fiber)!. In addition, you must stay hydrated --drink 8 glasses of water a day!.

By "exercise", what is meant are both cardiovascular exercise and strength training!. Cardiovascular exercise is any exercise which makes you sweat--walking, running, bicycling, dancing, jump rope, etc!.

To see noticeable results you must do 5 days of cardiovascular work a week and 3 days a week of strength training!. Results are visible in about 2 to 3 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating healthy means getting everything from the food groups that you need!. Like having a well balanced diet!. Surely you learned how in school!.

And walking a mile is better than sitting on your butt in front of the tv!. ANY exercise is better than none!.

If you exercise 3 or 4 times a week for thirty minutes you will notice results!. Any kind of physical activity that gets your heart rate up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For me, I cut back on fast food and ordering pizza (which is hard because my husband and kids LOVE pizza), I also cut back on the sweets (I LOVE to bake, so this is hard on me) and I put more veggies and healthier items in our house!. Like for instance, instead of plain white bread (or air bread as my Mom calls it LOL), I switched to a multi-grain!. And, instead of using butter in most of my cooking dishes, I use Pam!.

I also switched from a "dinner" size plate to a "salad" size plate!. I use half the plate for veggies (not iceburg lettuce because it is just water, darker the better!. Or steamed veggies), 1/4 with lean meat (like a grilled chicken breast fillet - I say fillet because a breast of chicken is huge) and 1/4 for your carbs/starches (like a wheat dinner roll)

Then, for my exercise, I try to do 3 days of long cardio, like 45 minutes on the Elliptical machine or treadmill!. Then the other 2 days I do 30 minutes and some strength training!. Then, on Saturday, I love to get up (now that the mornings are cool and crisp!) and walk/jog the trail near our house!.

So, essentially, cut back on junk food/fast food and get active!. Once you have that down, you can step it up a notch!. Like for instance if you can't do 45 minutes, start off with 20!.!.!. Then next week, increase to 25!. Etc!.!.!. And for eating heathier, you can add a few things each week and with time going on, you'll start to see results!.!.!. which in turn makes you work harder and eat better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating healthy means excluding all kinds of fats (eg!. butter, oil, bacon!.!.!.) from your food and not exceeding the amount of calories you need for living!.
To have remain in a good shape you must eat a balance of carbohydrates(sugars),fibre, proteins, vitamins and minerals and also fats!.
To loose weight you must eliminate fats from your diet but only fats and some extra sugars!.

Excercise is not weight lifting! weights are for pumping muscles!. cardio is for loosing fat from your body!.
You must do things like running, sports etc!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
