Treadmill beginner...is this routine ok?!


Question: Treadmill beginner!.!.!.is this routine ok!?
Is it safe to run everyday!?

I start up with a warm up of 5 minutes!.

Then I start runnning for 1 minute and then turn it down so I walk for 2 minutes!. I do this for 20 minutes then end my session with a 5 minute cooldown!.

Is this an ok routine for a beginner!?
