What are the best ways to get the best results for building my abs!?

If you're talking about building up your abs, as in developing strong, thick ab muscles, then you definitely need more than sit ups!. There are tons of ab exercises, but i stick with the following:
Crunches
Bicycle crunches
Torso Twists
Planks
Side planks
If you're just looking to make your abs show, regardless of how well developed they are, then it's all about stripping your body fat down to very low levels (maybe about 8% to 10%)!. You can achieve this with hard training and smart dieting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The key to getting abs is to strip your body of fat first then do crunches!. Eat healthy and run !.
