Sixpack/Abs trouble. help!?!


Question: Sixpack/Abs trouble!. help!!?
Hi, i am 15 and i weigh 50kg and my height it 5"6!.
I go swimming 3 times a week for 1hour!.

But i cannot see my abs without flexing them, i do crunches to but it doesn't seem to have any effect either!. Is there any other things i can do to improve and tone my abs!?

There are lots of factors that go into clearly defined abs- proper diet/nutrition, exercise, amount of muscle and fat on your body,skin tightness and elasticity, amount of water your body is holding!. You are talking about building your body to look a certain way!. The first thing I would do is look at your diet are you getting enough protein, essential vitamins from fruits, vegetables, and whole grains!. How much junk food do you eat!?

Now I mentioned all of this but I would strongly urge you to do some serious research about "body building", talk with a trainer that is in shape themselves and of course talk to your doctor - you are young and sound healthy and strong!.

Many people can not see their abs with out flexing them!. I am a trainer and I work with clients who step on stage to show their hard work!. Most of these well trained and very health conscious people do not see much ab definition until they put on tanner and deplete their bodies of water for a few hours!.

NOTE: ONLY A FEW HOURS!!!! ( even then it is unhealthy, and they take that risk)

Please stay healthy and strong- learn as much as you can to achieve you goals!.
