into the mood to exercise
i do like 5 minutes and just dont want too do it anymore
but i go on holiday in 3 weeks and want too look good

Try listening to some music and think of the benefits that you are gaining by exercising!. Try focusing on the end results!. Good things in life do not come easy you know!. They have to be worked for!. Although, the end results are very rewarding!.
Perhaps it is the amount of exercise that you are setting yourself to do that is putting you off!. Try doing a small amount at a time!. For example, if you have decided that you are going to do an hour of exercise, rather then doing it straight off, continuously, try doing 15 minutes, then have a break and so on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
