i have been doing this for the last week and finding it fairly easy anyone else on a diet like this !?

i did at 1200-1500 cal/day diet along with one hour of gym a day and lost 30 lbs in 3 months!. you just have to stick with it and count everything! but dont go below 1200 ever!. it will make your body confused and it will store the fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I've done a similar diet before!. It was 1000 calorie a day diet but it didn't last!. I don't live in the healthiest part of the country and everywhere I go there's fast food or fried food or something else that just isn't good for you!. I'm now eating maybe 1500 a day and running 5 times a week!. I'm just starting the running thing so it's going to take me a week or so to get used to that, but I can't wait to lose weight and get into some thinner clothes!. I plan on going to Vegas in February so I want to look good! I hope this helps answer your question! Www@Answer-Health@Com
I ate around 1300 calories and it was pretty easy once I got used to the change in eating!.
Is the 1200 diet similar!? I basically just used the 3 hr diet rule (5 to 6 small meals/ 1 every 3-4 hrs) and regular exercise!.
