Can anyone predict my final adult height?!
Question: Can anyone predict my final adult height!?
ive just turned 14 i excercise daily and i eat alot of yoghurts and usually drink milk i also eat healthy food such as chicken,rice,vegetables and pasta over the week i have fast food such as burgers and chips once a week, i no im definetly over 5 ft 8!.5 but not sure if im 5 ft 9 id like to be 6 ft tall when im older and i dont know if ive already had a growth spurt

How tall are your siblings, parents, and grandparents!?
You are only 14, and you have a solid 4 years, possibly 5 left, to grow!. My guess is that if you continue to monitor your diet and avoid the junk food, and heavy, sugary stuff like energy drinks and such, you will probably hit 6 feet, provided your genetic make up allows for it!.
Oh!.!.!.!.and don't smoke!. In spite of what some say, there does seem to be a link between that and lack of stature!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is a belief if you measure a child at two years of age and double it is a good formula, but in my experience the best indicator is the height of your parents do you favor you mother or father in appearance,do you have older siblings how tall are they ,what are the heights of some of your relatives !?Www@Answer-Health@Com
if ur a female you will stop growing at age 20, if male age 22 so you still have allot of growing ahead of you but at a slow pace!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
