Upper body exercise next day then
resting!.
workout is

3!.cardio
4!.do about 20 exercises!.

your doing too much, as for 6 pack its all a matter of body fat covering your abs, if you lower your reps on abs and build them like your building any other body part and do them 1 or 2 times a week youll see better results, do 4 sets of 10 weighted crunches and 4 sets of 10 hanging leg lifts and 3 sets of 10 roman chair (facing the other way) twists!.

Visable abs is dependant upon presence of stomach muscle and low bodyfat levels!.
In order to gain overall muscle optimaly you should be eating lots and forgetting about your abs until you cut!.

2 sets of 500 crunches got me toned in about 10 weeks
