Hey there,
Did you watch your portion sizes!? You might have ate healthy but if you have overindulged you may not be losing weight!. It is a simple math, you need to use up more calories than your body actually needs per day!. Here http://www!.healthcastle!.com/easy-weightl!.!.!. you can check how many calories you need per day, reduce that amount with 500 to maximum 1000 calories per day ( I would recommend that you start with 200, then gradually reduce to 500 but never really reach 1000 because that is a little bit too much and I doubt you will be able to stick to such low-calorie plan in the long run)!.
Good Luck
P!.S!. It may be the case that indeed you have gained muscles and thus not see any change in your weight!. A better bet is to either measure your abs, rib cage, waist, upper part of your legs and calf muscles!. Or get a clothing item and measure your progress accordingly, do they fit better!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
