Do you think i could lose 20 pounds?!


Question: Do you think i could lose 20 pounds!?
okay!. i'm 5'1" and 16!. last year when i was in 24 hour fitness i lost 7 pounds in the first 2 weeks, but it was kind of hard to lose pounds afterwards!. is it beacuse i can't lose anymore, or is it because it's harder to loose weight!?

Cut out on break fast eat half

and eat half of what u eat for lunch, choose one of the above

i say eat 75 percent of what u usually eat for breakfast

and only eat half of what u eat for lunch

(people may say that starving yourself would only make you store fat cuz u go thourgh survival mode)- but this way- you are eating

not too much to make u gain but not to little so your body woudnt start starving in survival but just enough to make u loose pounds
and also start to excercise alot- while u eat the above requirements

and u will loose pounds

When it comes to excercises and fitness I get weary of people who want to gain or to loose weight!. It's so unhealthy!. For a girl all you need is a balance diet consist of 4 meals spacing out evenly in a day, regular program of low intensity cardio vascular excercise, regular sleeping schedule with 8 hours every night!. Follow my advice for 6 months and your body will adjust itself to to the most optimal weight!.

I once lost 25 pounds in 2 months, but I was exercising like crazy to do it!. The trick is to boost your metabolism with exercise - if you don't your body will think it's being starved and will lower your metabolism so that it's much harder to lose weight!. Diet PLUS exercise is the right way to do it!. That is, IF you really need to lose the weight, too many girls want to be too thin these days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm 15
and i was also trying to lose weight but my parents said its harder for teenage girls to lose weight because our bodies are still developing and changing constantly
i did lose 5 pounds over the summer though
but after that it kind of got harder
he told me to still keep on exercising so i can get use to it and by the time im in my early twenties, losing weight will be easier

btw a cool way to exercise is playing DDR
