Question: I need help for getting a flat stomach please help me!?
I'm from Europe so i'm sorry for my bad english!. I lost a lot of weight and i was happy but my stomach looked really bad it was like hanging down!. I thought that i need to lose more weight but i lost 10 more lbs and it still looks the same!.I realized that it looks like that from the weight loss and i can probably only change that with swimming!.When i was on vacation i was swimming a lot and i could see a difference but not much!. Now i am very busy with school and winter is coming so it's not really the best time for swimming!. I want my stomach to look like this:http://i11!.photobucket!.com/albums/a160/M!.!.!. !.!.!.to be really flat!. I TRIED CRUNCHES AND SIMILAR THINGS BUT THEY DON'T WORK!.THEY DO WORK BOUT SOMETHING ELSE BUT THEY DON'T REALLY HELP WITH GETTING A FLAT STOMACH!. So please help me i don't know what to do!. dear stephanie,

the problem youre facing with is most likely what us, many women undergo at least one time in our lives! so thats nothing to worry about, youre not alone!. the fact that your belly still looks fat as compared to the rest of your slim body is because its not toned! when you lose weight, your body tend to lose out on weight from all parts of the body!. doing crunches and sit ups will not always give the required results!. those celebs have pesonal trainers and underdo special exercise and fitness regime combined with a high protien/fibre diet!.

ive read some articles online and they say that if you lose weight by means of either doing alot of cardio exercises, you tend to burn up your lean muscles instead of just losing out on your fat content around your stomach!. its true cardio and statiionery biking exercises help u lose weight but they dont help u tone up!. everyone has ab mucles but theyre just covered by fat!. when u cardio out , you burn your fat around your waist and your abs are prominent not so much like those 6 pack abs tho!.

pilates, squats, crunches in repetitions will help!. also be careful about what u eat!.

this really sucks because im also trying to figure out a way for myself lol!. ive been reading alot from www!.ivillage!.com its under the fitness section!.

crunches every night WILL workWww@Answer-Health@Com

It would be really nice to be able to just do 100 sit ups a day and have the abs magically appear within weeks!. What most people always forget is that we already have a 6 pack in there but for most of us it
