Question: How much should i weigh!?!?please help!?
ok i am 5'10 and i wanna have an athletic built (like a boxer or a mixed martial artist) type of body so how much should i weigh!?!?
could i weigh 195-200 pounds and look good!?!?

"weight" is too general, I've seen guys that are 5'10 that weigh 210 that have all fat, and I've seen guys with those stats that have all muscle!. If you're overweight and trying to lose weight, you probably won't look like that, but try to pick to lose fat or build muscle!. Building muscle burns fat, so you'll probably maintain your weight (but lower bodyfat%) if you want to get more muscle, or you can try to get smaller then put on muscle later!. I'd just start lifting where you are now, though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're as skinny as or stocky you'll have trouble being martial artist!.

Weight will depend on your underlying body structure and it's never good to say "I can only weigh 195 pounds or else"!.

If you're built yes!. I am 5'11" and 180 lbs but I have a lot of muscle!. 200 lbs on a 5'10" body could be a sizable gut!. You'll be leaning more towards a Jason Stathom body than an athletic body like Tom Cruise!. Athletic would be like 135-150lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
