What is a good program for me ?!
Question: What is a good program for me !?
im 28 yrs old 5!.11 185lbs pretty much skin and bones i think so anyway i have a very fast metabolism i do have a beer belly only part of me that's fat i just got a home gym and want to build mussel how should i start how much weight to use!? how long per day how many reps how should i eat and anything else!. i don't know squat about working out please help Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use enough weight so you can safely do 10-12 reps, but make sure it is challenging!.!.!.
Do 10-12 reps and 2-3 sets every other day!. I usually try to lift about 30-45 minutes on my weight days (I do cardio on the others)
