300 crunches a day enough?!


Question: 300 crunches a day enough!?
I am a 15 year old guy, and I am doing 300 crunches a day now for the past week in 5 sets of 60 and am hoping to see some results soon, how long until I do see results!? How long until I can have a six pack and are there any more advanced abdominal exercises I can do, possibly involving weights!? all answers are appreciated thank you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

hello, you will eventually see results!. I am a 16 year old guy, and my best friend already has a six pack, and he told me if i do crunches every day i will start seeing results in about 6 weeks!.!.!. and he was right!. I can already see a four pack and i can feel a 6 pack, and i have been doing crunches for about 7 weeks!. besides crunches, you can put a weight behind your head and do crunches with that, and you can also do reverse crunches(look it up on youtube)!. Everyday i do 3 sets of 50 crunches w/ weight, 3 sets of 50 regular crunches, and 3 sets of 30-50 reverse crunches!. you need to be patient, but you will love it when you start seeing results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

all youll get is a sore stomache it will work but if you want that and a six pack slow down on your eating and drink water!.!.lots and lots of water!! try 200 sit-ups and 200 pushups in the morning ive been doing this and i have a solid stomache !.!. Leg rises work well too- Lay on your back with your hands at your side lift your legs of the floor leave your legs in the air for about 10 seconds and slowly let them back down do these about 35 times and wait 5 mins do it again another 3 times Www@Answer-Health@Com
