Question: Does anyone have a good workout video that helped them loose weight!. Or just a routine!?
I'm 16, and I weigh 180 and am 5'6" I honestly did not notice myself gain all this weight!. prob bec i was so busy being poked and prodded for depression, but anyway!.I would really like to shed a lot of weight!. I have a goal, and a workout plan myself but I would like some other inputs!. I was hoping to loose at least 50 if not 60 pounds by september of next year!. But I would love to loose 30-40 pounds by June for my graduation!. Any suggestions!. I only have a treadmill and hand weights and a tv to do videos with!. What do you guys think of tae bo!? sorry this is so long! haha!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is so smart that you are giving yourself plenty of time to lose the weight!. You can do it, but you have to move a lot more and eat a lot less!. If you don't want to walk or run outside, it's great to use your treadmill!. I seem to burn more calories when I walk outside, but I use my treadmill if it's too hot or too cold or if I want to walk at night!. It's really hard to lose weight!. It will be hard this month and it will still be hard next month!. I keep a daily spreadsheet!. I put down the minutes that I spend!. I do a lot of activities, so I list each one!. I also put my weight daily!. If you don't keep a food journal, you should start doing that!. It helps to keep me honest if I keep my food journal and spreadsheet!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would suggest something that you would love to stay with!. Personally for myself, i get some exotic dancing videos because I just love it with the upside of adding some spice to my boyfriend's and my sex life!. If you're really want to build muscles fast, i would recommend boot camp type of video because they're all about the fast gotta build muscle!. If not, start out with beginner yoga or something!. Local library might have a couple for you to try until you could settle on one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
