Hi!. I just needed a little help with muscle building!. At the moment i weigh 156 pounds!. my height is 5 ft 10 inch!. I also have a little bit of fat around my stomach!. my waist is 31 for jeans uk male standard!. I want to be medium built with 6 packs!. (more than brad pitt but less than The Rock) What I want to know is that should I concentrate on exercises to gain muscles straightaway or exercise that help you ripped and then build extra muscles!.

Do a lot of weight lifting and resistance exercises to build up your muscles!. To supplement that eat a lot more calories especially protein!. Here's some tips
