it depends on many things dude!. naturally without supplements if your somatotype sucks you will never have a six pack (unless you have a liposuction)!.

you see!.!.!. the thing is, if you dont have abs, you arnt going to get them by doing crunches lol!.
the reason that your abs arnt visable is because there is fat above them, so stregnthening the abs wont make them visable!. in order to do that, you need to burn calories!.
contrary to popular belief, you cant spot burn fat!. that means, you cant specifically burn fat above your abs by working you abs!.
so, the best way to burn the fat is just to burn calories!.!.!. lots and lots of calories!. each pound of fat=3000 calories!. and the best way to burn calories is by running!. this is because the legs have huge muscles that take a lot of energy to use!.
so just run and run and run, and eventually u will get a 6 pack!.

I was doing 1000 sit ups a day for a year and i had a two pack!. The key to getting cut is food!. Check out this chicks site her food solutions were great!. 3 months on a nice easy balanced diet and good old sit-ups, but I could lower to 150 sit-ups!. Check out her site

Its hard to say because it depends on how much fat you have to lose!.!.!.!. I personally do 300 situps a day and I have six pack abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
