Question: What is the best thing to eat the day of a big race!?
I have school all day and right after we go to a meet on thursdays which is a cross country running race!. They are really hard core!. I normally don't eat!. But I was wondering what I should eat before a race so that I might be able to run it better!. Do you think a cliff bar would be enough energy!? Or what!? Please don't just guess!. I could do that myself!. Only answer if you know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

And an apple or a handfull of fruit for lunch!.

I love to run so I know that you can just eat a normal meal 1-11/2 hours before the raceWww@Answer-Health@Com
