Question: When losing weight/dieting, do you find this too !.!.!. !?
I know you shouldn't weigh yourself every day, but when I do it goes like this: number on scales stays the same for several days, then sudden drop of a couple of pounds, then stays the same again for days !.!.!. and so on!. Anyone else!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actully mine goes!.!.!.!.!.stay the same for a couple of days, gain 2 pounds one day and then stay the same for a couple of days and then loose 3 pounds another day!. I think it just takes time for your body to get used to the dieting!.

yeah mine does too or it goes up a bit and then back down!. I only count my weight once a week but I do weigh myself daily just to kinda keep tabs on it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
