Run/track............?!
Question: Run/track!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
I have been running and walking around a 2 mile track!. My most run arounds were 3 times around so I basicly did 2,4,6!.!.!.6 miles that day and other's I just do the regular 2 miles and sometimes the 4 miles!.
I was wondering if I kept at this how much weight do you think I would lose!? or calories!.!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on ya heart rate/intensity of the work out and time of work out!. I would assume that you burned a huge amount of calories (maybe 1000+), and your daily resting metabolism (Around 1000 or more calories burned possibly)!. So in all, daily, I'd guess you burned around 2000, 2500 calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
