You can't lose weight in one area!. If you're going to lose weight, you gotta do cardio for your whole body, unfortunately!.
I suggest starting off on an elliptical trainer, and then when you get used to that, move on up to things like stairclimbers or the treadmill!. If one thing bores you too much, you can split it up and do all three, but with a shorter amount of time on each thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

These are the results of an "experiment" that I once performed!.
My weight range is 93-95 pounds!. I measured my thighs at each number!.
At 93 pounds >> 45!.73 centimeters (exactly 18 inches)
At 94 pounds >> 46 centimeters
At 95 pounds >> 46!.3 centimeters
So, that's what I've figured out!. When you lose or gain weight, it happens all over your body!. If you want to trim your thighs, I suggest losing some weight!. I mean, everyone says that it's cutting down on the daily fat intake that does it and NOT losing weight, but I find that to be quite wrong!. If you cut down on your daily fat intake, you're basically losing overall body fat, so you're basically losing weight!. Well, that was my 2 cent's worth!.

Can't do it in one area alone!
But you can start by firming them up, and that'll look better: do squats while brushing your teeth, blowdrying your hair etc!.!.!.if you do that every morning, it will help get them in shape!Www@Answer-Health@Com
