Question: Vitamins question about B12 shots!?
I have been really tired lately and I was thinking about getting a B12 shot at the doctors office its about $45!.00 because I don't have insurance!. I was wondering if you have had one and what did it do for you and how long did it last!? What is the difference between that and the pill version!.!.!.Would I get the same effects with pills (they are cheaper i think)!.!.!.Thank you so much!!! XOXOXWww@Answer-Health@Com

Unless you have been diagnosed with pernicious anemia, you don't need B12 shots!. They will not give you more energy!. If you feel you must take vitamin B12, take a pill - it's cheaper!. But in reality, unless you are a pregnant woman who's been on a strict vegan diet for 20 years, you get plenty of B12 in your diet!. Save your moneyWww@Answer-Health@Com
