Question: I wanna lose weight!.!.!. need help!!!!?
I am 28 year old girl from Sri Lanka!. My height is 5'4" and my weight is 64 Kg!.!.!. I could feel that I am getting more fat now!.!.!. Earlier I was not this much fat as I was only 55 kg in 2004!. I am not in diet but my eating habbit is not so bad!. Generally I eat 2 slices of breads (with margerine some times) for the breakfast and a cup of rice with curry for the luch and diner (I used to eat red rice with either a small piece of chicken or fish plus vegies) Being as a Sri Lankan I can not go for western meals for dieting!.
I dont eat snacks, no milk, coffee or tea!.!.!. I also stopped having ice creams and chocolates for the last few years!. I have checked my thyroid level and its pretty much fine!.
Meanwhile I have done my periodic medical tests last week!. According to that my cholestrol and sugar levels are very low (lower than the minimum level), but still I am fat!.!.!. I dont have a big belly, but my upper part of the body is big (My sholders and chest are big)!.
I have been dong exrcises for the last few months (i did q trainer cycling exersise for hands and legs, then I walked for 30 mins in the eve, climbing the stair cases etc!.!.), but I feel very tired and lazy to continnue my exercises now!. I feel very weak now!.!.!. How can I reduce weight with less passion!.!.!. Coz I am so tired and weak now!.!.!. I can not reduce my meals rather than this level and I can not do much exrcise as well!.!.!. But I still want to reduce my weight!.!.!. Please advice me!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to loose weight without loosing essential vitamins & minerals in body is:

1)Daily running for 5minutes and walking for 10minutes (more than this is not good for your (health) energy levels!.)

2)30 minutes before you eat, drink little amount of water, it will make you less hungry and u will feel more active!.(Once you get your desired weight discontinue this step)

3)Weekly once (Say sunday) morning before break fast take One big glass of Lemon Juice - do not use sugar, use Pure Honey!.

4)Most important thing: DONOTS:

*Avoid Sugar- It is not at all good for health (Its Substitute is Dates powder/juice & is available in markets or u can use Pure Honey)!.Sugarcane juice & Juggary is good but not sugar!.

*If you do desk work then do not sit continuously for more than 30minutes!. Getup for a minute walk around!.

I would recommend eating more lean protein and veggies!. So I would try to include fish or chicken in many of your meals!. Try eating smaller meals more frequently!. I personally shoot for 5-6 small meals consisting of chicken,beef or fish and veggies!. This will keep your metabolism boosted and promote weight loss!. I think this will also help you keep your energy levels up to so you can go exercise and have the energy to go longer!. Not eating enough is just as bad for fat as eating too much!. Hope that helps!

Check out Weight Watchers! You can do it easily online without going to any meetings and best off all, you can add all the activity you do (i!.e!. working out, walking, jogging, etc!.)!. If you make your own food, type in the recipe and it calculates the amount of Weight Watchers points it is!. It's, in my opinion, the best diet ever!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day is enough for you're age!.!. green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day!.
do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active eg: instead of asking your mom to pass you the remote control get it your self it does count as extra exercise
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1000 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
have a good breakfast everymorning
make your meals half the size then your regular sizes
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food tell you're mom when she cooks you're meal to oven cook you're food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think mmm they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after 6 it will lay on you're stomach as you eat!. ( 8 the latest )
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )
become a vegan or even a vegetarian, why not it helps you're self, you're weight, you're health, the animals,you're skin, the environment basiclly its the best way to go!.

& you cannot lose weight without motivation, so here are some motivation tips:
Sometimes keeping a food diary can help!. Sometimes we don't remember how much we have snacked on during the day!. The food diary can help you see if you are snacking excessively or help you see a bad habit!. In your food diary write down everything you ate/drank and how much exercise you had done that day!.

You can take a picture of you looking at your biggest and anytime you go to get some chips or candy look at the picture and then i can garentee you, you will put the snack back and go to the fruit bowl!

You can also buy a pair of jeans you love that don't fit you because they are too tight then keep losing weight until they fit you!.

Playing music more often really helps you'll find your self dancing around a lot more and having the energy to keep exercising,
