Question: How long will it take to lose weight on my diet and exercise plan!?
Morning: orange/ 4 cups green tea/ 300 jumps (jump-rope)/ 100 leg lifts each
Afternoon: 50 crunches/ 300 jumps/ 100 leg lifts/ Weight training
(light-med) fruit and water
Dinner: Fruit, vitamins/ 300 jumps/50 leg lifts/weight training/ and ab exercises!.!.!. Will this work!? How long will it take!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello there!. I'm a recovered anorexic and this diet sounds like something I would have cooked up when I was sick!. Seriously!.!.if you lose weight from this you'll gain it back as soon as you start eating again!.
If you want to lose weight do this!. EAT MORE!. Every three hours eat 200-300 calories!. Eat clean foods, google these words if you don't know what I mean "Clean eating" Eat lots of high quality protein!. 1 gram for every pound you weigh!. Work out 3-4 times a week!. Get plenty of rest!. In a month you'll see the difference!. In two months you'll be happy as hell!.

that is more like a crash diet than a diet and exercise plan, but you might lose 6-10 pounds in a month if you really stick with it!. after the month when you stop the diet you will probably get back to where you started though, which is the problem with a crash diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Its total rubbish and doomed to failure - you are not eating enough, missing too many food groups etc!. Don't try and make up your own plan when you clearly do not have the knowledge!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
