Question: What percentage of your daily intake should be carbs!?
Wanting to make sure I'm getting the right percentage or at least near it in all areas!.
What percentage of carbs and protein should I have in my daily diet!?

Kinda depends if you're trying to lose, gain, or maintain!. But 50% carbs, 20% fat, and 30% protein (1 g per pound of bodyweight) is the norm!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't forget healthy fat as fat is what mobilizes and burns your own bodyfat!.

If you are semi-active:
50% carbs
25% protein
25% fat
