You could become a Freegan!. I heard these people get together and go around and dig free good, new food out of trashcans!. Best way I know is to get a job at a place where food is served!. I've worked in the banquets department of hotels or smaller banquets halls with kitchens and there was always leftovers or extras from the events and parties that served food!. At your age your best bet would be to get a job mowing lawns or cleaning a nice person's home and they should offer you a free meal!. If you cannot get a job what I do is live off of cheap and easy to make sandwiches!. Just by a loaf of bread some cheap chedder and lunch meat of your choice!. Get condiments, like ketchup and mayo, from fast food joints!. It's cheap and involves no cooking!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
