Question: What will happen if I eat less than 1000 cals a day!?
Will I loose weight!?

Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: Tuna salad
Dinner:Vegetarian chicken style fillet and veg

Will it help me loose weight!? Im 5ft4 and 118 pounds!.

You will decrease your immune system in your body and then you will be easy to get sick!. Actually your weight is okay/normal for your height, unless your body fat percentage is more than 25%, then it is unhealthy!. Why don't you start to wortkout regularly to loose weight if you feel you need to loose weight!? Ophelia, you are the perfect weight now for a young female!. Don't get neurotic over weight, it will consume your life!. People get fit to fel better about themselves!. How can you feel if you have to obsess over calories every day!.

As far as your plan goes!.!.
Your body will go into starvation mode!. It will eat your muscle tone alive and you will get flabbier!. The body will detect that low calorie and go into whats called starvation mode (happens under 1200-1500 calories)!. It will begin storing every calorie you eat in fat cells and slow your metabolism down to dirt so that you do not die (not that you would actually die but the body thinks you will!.!. thats in human genetics)!.

Six meals per day of reduced calorie meals (350 calories times 3 meals and three snacks of 150 calories) eaten every 2!.5 hours, 80-100 ounces of water and a lean muscle building program (you will not get bulky as that is nearly impossible for a female) along with some cardio will melt the fat off of you (if you actually have any)!. you shouldn't eat so little because it will make you sick and it will make you hungrier for very fatty and sugary foods!. you are suppose to eat more than that each day!. try this method!. it is so easy and helpful!. it works so quickly and it is healthy!.
method:
1!. you should at least eat every day 5-6 very small meals!.
for example:
first meal: 1 cup of cereal one cup of milk
second meal: a granola bar
third meal: tuna salad
fourth meal: a apple with peanut butter
fifth meal:chicken or fried fish with veges

2!. you should at least eat 1200 calories a day if you are girl and if you are a boy at least 1500 calories a day!. you wonder how can i eat so much meals with only 1200 or 1500 calories!!? you can divide the calories for each meal!.
for example: you are eating 5 meals a day with 1200 calories!. you should eat 240 calories a meal!.

3!. you should only drink water!. you save money from buying all those sodas ans juices that only make you thirstier!. If you drink water( 0 calories) you can clean you body get less acne and be healthier!.

4!. you should at least exercise for an hour a day!. you could walk, jog or just walk stairs!.


these method really works and you should use it!. it is healthier, safer and makes even more filling then 3 meals a day!.

You'll lose muscle and look like a twig, then when you start eating, you'll baloon and become huge!.

Eat more food, find your bmr, and eat 500 calories less than that, do 30-60 minutes cardio, skipping meals will add fat and will cause your body to basically eat itself in muscle tissue and store fat because it isn't getting enough food and goes into "survival mode"!. 6 meals a day will keep your metabolism moving and will promote fat loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

what will happen if I eat less than 1000 cals a day!? You will have no energy and may even have times where you feel you will pass out or get light headed!.

will I lose weight!? No your body will keep all of the fat you have stored up for energy however it will burn your muscle mass so you might but you will just look worse because it will be take the muscle not the fat and less muscle and more fat looks bad!.

if you are 5'4 I'm not sure you really need to lose at that weight--why don't you just do some exercises that will tone your body!.

According to the BMI calculator, you're already at a normal weight for your height!. I wouldn't worry about losing any more weight!. Every body shape is different, and your optimal weight depends on your frame size and how muscular you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll lose weight for sure!. Don't ask me why, but try that extra virgin olive oil!. Instead of butter on your toast, take a teaspoon or so and spread it as best you can!. No more mayonnaise, just olive oil!. Olive oil is a mono fat, and too much will put on the pounds just like any fat!. For some reason however, if you prudently use olive oil in place of the butters, margarine, and other oils, you might find it really helps you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you eat less than a thousand calories a day your body will still be hungry!. when you dont give it enough it starts eating away at your muscle mass!. You should eating 5 small meals a day!.
